Here are a few answers to some frequent questions.
Q. Do I need to be a member?
A. No, if you are a certificate holder, you are welcome to pay and play. Please bring your certificate along for verification.
Q. Do I need a certificate?
A. No, you can book a Have-a-Go package where you will be under the supervision of an instructor. Alternatively, you can also attend as a guest of a member and be under their supervision.
Q. Is there a minimum age to take part?
A. Whilst there is no legal minimum age, we have to take safety into account. Therefore the physical ability to hold the gun safely is the main factor. On that basis we suggest around 12 years of age. However, we have come across 10-year-olds who are more than capable.
Q. Can I bring my partner/children to watch?
A. Absolutely, they can bring a camera too, so you can get some great picture to show friends.
Q. Can I book a Have-a-Go session on a Tuesday?
A. Unfortunately not. We are only open alternate Sunday mornings and from 10am until 1.30pm this is due to planning restrictions.
Q. Do you have gift vouchers?
A. We certainly do, you can buy gift vouchers for our Have-a-Go packages, the recipient then contacts us to book a place.
Q. Do you have toilet facilities?
A. We do, yes.
Q. Are you wheelchair accessible?
A. To a fashion. We shoot in a grass field, so depending on the type of wheelchair, it is possible to take part.
